This is a super simple and easy but really delicious appetizer. My favorite tahini to use is Soom. It has a great flavor without being bitter like many other brands of tahini.
Ingredients -
2 cups shishito peppers
1 T olive oil Kosher salt 1.5 T tahini
1 T honey Flake sea salt - I love Jacobsen
Toss peppers with olive oil to coat and sprinkle with a little kosher salt. Place the peppers on a baking sheet a roast at 425 until browned and starting to blister, give the peppers a toss a couple times during roasting so they brown on all sides. Transfer the peppers to a serving platter and drizzle with the tahini and honey. Finish with a sprinkling of flake sea salt.
